Our studios are located in the heart of London's Clerkenwell district, easily accessible via the Northern and Metropolitan lines.
Before You Visit
Our training facilities are located within a secure building. When you arrive for your first session, please report to the ground floor reception where a team member will meet you and escort you to our studios on the third floor.
We recommend arriving fifteen minutes before your scheduled session to allow time for security registration and orientation. Tea, coffee, and light refreshments are available throughout your training.
If you require any accessibility accommodations, please mention this when booking. Our building includes lift access and accessible facilities, and we can make additional arrangements with advance notice.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need previous broadcast experience to join a programme?
Our programmes accommodate different experience levels. The Foundation Voice Work course is suitable for complete beginners, while our Interview Mastery and Complete Development programmes assume some familiarity with broadcast environments. During your initial consultation, we assess your current level and recommend an appropriate starting point.
Can I reschedule a booked session?
We understand that schedules change. Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice at no additional cost. Cancellations with less notice may incur a fee, as detailed in our terms.
Do you offer payment plans?
For our comprehensive programmes, we can arrange payment in instalments. Please discuss this when booking if you would prefer to spread the cost.
What happens after I complete a programme?
Programme graduates receive continued access to resources and can book follow-up coaching sessions at a reduced rate. Many participants return periodically for refresher sessions or to work on new challenges as their careers develop.
