marsh-grouse acts as the data controller for personal information collected through this website and in connection with our training services. We determine the purposes and means of processing your personal data.

Right of Access
You have the right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you. We will respond to valid requests within one month.

You have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing that produces legal effects or similarly significantly affects you. We do not currently use automated decision-making processes.

We will respond to your request within one month. In complex cases, this period may be extended by a further two months, in which case we will inform you within the initial one-month period.
Data Transfers
Your personal data is primarily stored and processed within the United Kingdom. If we transfer data outside the UK, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with applicable data protection law.
Data Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. Specific retention periods vary based on the type of data and our legal obligations:
- Enquiry form data: 2 years from last contact
- Training records: 7 years from completion of training
- Financial records: 7 years as required by law
- Marketing preferences: Until you withdraw consent

- Regular security assessments
- Access controls and authentication

Data Breach Notification
