Training Services
Booking and Payment
All bookings are subject to availability. When you submit a booking request, you are making an offer to purchase our services. The contract is formed when we confirm your booking in writing.
Payment terms vary by programme. Full payment is typically required before the start of training. For corporate bookings, we may offer invoicing with payment due within 30 days.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your booking subject to the following terms:
- More than 14 days before scheduled training: Full refund less a £50 administration fee
- 7-14 days before scheduled training: 50% refund
- Less than 7 days before scheduled training: No refund, but rescheduling may be possible subject to availability
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule training in exceptional circumstances. In such cases, we will offer a full refund or alternative dates.
Rescheduling
Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice at no additional cost, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests with less than 48 hours notice may incur a fee of £75.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is owned by marsh-grouse or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Training materials provided during our programmes remain our intellectual property. You may use these materials for personal development purposes but may not reproduce, distribute, or share them without written permission.
Recording and Media
Training sessions may be recorded for review and feedback purposes. These recordings are used solely for your development and are not shared publicly. If you prefer not to be recorded, please inform us before your session.
Any recordings you make during training are for your personal use only and may not be published or distributed.
Limitation of Liability
Our training programmes provide guidance and skill development. We do not guarantee specific career outcomes, employment opportunities, or performance improvements. Results depend on individual effort and practice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for:
- Loss of profits, business, revenue, or anticipated savings

- Any indirect or consequential loss
